If you have have Ahtna shares you would like to gift to a descendant of yours, you need to submit the following:

Gift of Stock Form (right)
• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Certificate of Indian Blood
• Copy of Social Security Card
There is no minimum Alaska Native blood quantum required for gifting stock, however, the person you are gifting shares to must be a direct descendant of yours.
